I don't plan to move to linux unless it does all the function and is cost
effective. We utilize all the functions of Exchange - One of the reasons I
have exchange is that there was no real replacements from the linux
community 4 years ago - not sure if there are any now.
I prefer Linux, but I need what gets the job done right and for a good
price.

I work for a company that does large unix based appliance email
systems.... The first question I'd have is how are you using exchange?
If you need the full high collaboration environment with outlook
integration I think you will be happier just staying with exchange.
Moving to linux based systems is great.. but I wouldn't try to do it
just for the money.
Just my two bits..
