[Charlug] Blocking Pop-Ups in Firefox

I get no popups when I visit Accuweather. Of course, I've got javascript
disabled. Just for kicks I enabled javascript and all I got was a bunch
of animated ads. Still no popups. Nor any local weather.

I'm using seamonkey.
