[Charlug] Blocking Pop-Ups in Firefox

Hi all,

I want to know if AdBlock Plus can handle pop-up ads.  If so, I'll install
that.  I looked at the AdBlock Plus listing and the home page, but saw
nothing about blocking pop-ups.  The Accuweather site manages to defeat
Firefox's built-in pop-up blocker and is very annoying.
