[Charlug] How to reach hinet?

I looked today at my network lights and saw that they were blinking 
constantly. I saw some SSH traffic from 61, so I pulled the cable, shut down 
sshd, reconnected the cable, and went to church (I had no time then to 
analyze the traffic). When I got back I extracted over a megabyte from 
auth.log showing that someone in Taiwan, in hinet.net, had spent several 
hours trying usernames and passwords, without success. hinet.net is listed in 
rfc-ignorant as bouncing mail sent to abuse, and has never been delisted. How 
can I get someone's attention there?
