This is pretty much along the lines of what I've been thinking myself. I 
don't see much, if any, reason that such a relationship would need to be 
so formal. I'm not at all familiar with PC3, but I'm sure that there are 
areas that we can help them in (providing speakers/demos) and by doing 
so, we can also further our cause of promoting the use of GNU/Linux and 
other FOSS. But like I said, to do so, we have no need to formally enter 
into some affiliation with them. I think that an informal arrangement 
like Sean has mentioned (much like our cooperation with UNCC LUG) would 
better suit all involved.
