[Charlug] Weird VMWare Performance

Check that your permissions on your guest os files didn't change when you
changed the host.  I've had issues before when moving the guest os files to
a new linux host and the r/w permissions changing on the guest disk and
config files.  The guest would still boot but wouldn't work so well.
