[Charlug] Nancy's firewall on the fritz

You may remember Nancy from a few years ago; she dropped in occasionally. She 
has a network consisting of two Linux boxen and a few Windows boxen; one of 
the Linux boxen is the firewall, and the rest of them are behind it. The 
firewall is an odd-looking Red Hat box with a SCSI drive. She just called me 
and said she got a POST error when booting it; by the time I called her back, 
she had managed to boot it and get on line, but it's slow. I'm going over 
there to take a look, but I suspect hardware, and I don't have much time to 
work on it because I'm taking classes at CPCC. It has some shell scripts 
which I wrote, and which she's used to. If you can help her, please let me 
know and I'll put you in touch with her.
