[Charlug] Email Appliance

I'm making final plans to move my company off of Ipswitch's Imail
product and on to something Linux-based. I've been really leaning
towards Zimbra's free version, but it's really way more product than we
need. We use Thunderbird as our mail client company-wide and no one uses
webmail, calendars, etc.

I've thought about rolling my own just using Ubuntu Server as a base,
but there's an inherent level of configuration and maintenence that I'm
not sure I want as one-man IT shop. Has anyone used something like
rPath's Port25 appliance?

http://wiki.rpath.com/wiki/Appliance:Port25_Appliance

It looks like EXACTLY what I want, except the info is sparse and the
ClamAV support is a bit iffy. Any other suggestions?

And no - outsourcing email is not an option.

Thanks in advance.
