In response to Don's comments concerning access to subscribe to the 
CharLUG mailing list, the link
on the website to the mailing list sign-up page has been opened to the 
public.  This menu item will now
be visible to everyone who visits the website, not just registered 
website users.

Hopefully, this will make it easier and less confusing for website 
visitors to subscribe to the mailing list
even if they do not want to register on the website.  This change does 
not effect the private/public status
of the mailing list.  It will still require posters to be subscribed to 
the list, so it should not open us to
spam, etc.
