9.9 out of 10 times, onboard video is disabled when you add a AGP, PCI, 
or PCI Express video card. Personally, I've never seen a board that 
didn't disable the onboard, but there may be one that exists. Your best 
bet is to use one dual-headed AGP or PCI Express card and another 
plain-old PCI card.

Seems like I remember reading somewhere that Matrox actually has a 
triple-headed card, but I have no idea if it's Linux-compatible (most 
Matrox stuff is I think).
