[Charlug] Introduction

Lawrence,
I started a BSD group here a few years ago but we didn't get a big intrest.
I was running CharLUG at the same time so I didnt have alot of time to
devote to another group back then. The old website is still up but most of
the content is outdated or broken after being moved a couple times. It's at
www.cbug.org I keep renewing the domain in the hope that some day I'll be
able to get back to it but other things always come up. Let me know if you
have any interest in it.
