The university where my wife works and where I attended is seeking
someone to fill a technical position. I worked for the technical
services group as a work-study student a few years back and they're a
great group of guys. If anyone is interested, you can let me know and
I'll put you in touch with the VP of MIS or you can contact HR directly
at the address given in the job description. It's pure hear-say, but I
heard the starting pay would be in the $28,000-30,000/year range.

Gardner-Webb University is seeking an entry to mid level systems
programmer.  Requirements of the position are listed below.

Experience with Oracle SQL is required and candidates with PL/SQL
experience will be considered over those with no PL/SQL experience.
Thorough knowledge of HTML and interactive website planning,
programming, and deployment is required. (Experience with Oracle web
programming is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of a relational database and the ability to navigate and
relate data in the database is required. (Oracle 9i or 10g experience is
preferred)

Experience with Crystal Reports or a related report generating software
is required.

The successful candidate must be a self starter requiring minimal
training and supervision.

Good communication skills and people skills are a must.

Experience preferred in Oracle PL/SQL Toolkit for developing web
applications, Oracle Forms Programing, MySql, PHP Programming, Java
Programming.  Experience with XML and XSLT is a strong plus.
