Short version:
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prepare for RHCT / RHCE exam?
(Red Hat Certified Tech and RHC Engineer) Any good books, study guides,
courses?

Long version:
While working at my previous job, I had a chance to work with 3 different
network OS' - Novell Netware, Windows 2000/2003 and Linux. I found Linux to
be most attractive and "compatible" with the way my brain works, so I
decided to make Linux administration my lifelong career. While there are a
few certifications out there (Linux+, LPI, SUSE, Red Hat) it seems that Red
Hat is the one most commonly requested by employers (at least on Monster.co=
mand
CareerBuilder.com.) Am I correct on this?

I've been working with Linux for a couple of years and have a decent
knowledge of the command line tools, config files, etc. Most of my
experience is with Debian however and I really need to work on my scripting
skills.

Has anyone taken or knows someone who has taken a Red Hat test? Would you
recommend a different test? Do you have any tips on preparing for it?

Thank you very much in advance.
