[Charlug] Panel Width question

yep...that's the first thing I did....not really alot
of options/help there?=A0 Toggling the 'Expand' button didn't produce
the desired effect - that's why I started digging deeper, but didn't
help....was wondering if others had similar experience and/or
solutions?
