[Charlug] Keeping Discussions On-List

Hey all,

I'm not one to complain when I get e-mail off-list, but it helps to keep
replies on-list when solving problems.  That way everyone can see the
discussion and throw their $0.02 into it.  Given that, we need to all make
sure we hit "Reply All", and then delete the private e-mail address, leaving
the charlug list address in the To: box.  That might mean moving the charlug
address from the CC: to the To: box in some cases.  Some e-mail clients are
quite capable of dealing with e-mail lists, and can be set to reply to the
list.  Many of us know that we would get a stern (or downright rude)
correction if we respond off-list on other lists.  Furthermore, off-list
replies might give the impression that a question is going
unanswered/ignored, when it is being answered in earnest.
