[Charlug] February 3rd Meeting Speaker Lined Up

I have lined up Philip Dodds as our speaker for the February 3rd meeting.
He will be speaking on the topic "Road Map For Open Source Adoption", and is
a walk-through for enterprises.  I think this is certainly worth getting the
word out around Charlotte. Philip realizes that most of us are already open
source folks, but his talk will focus on the more complex side of
determining which FOSS solutions your enterprise can adopt.
