You're quite welcome.

I often use "setenforce 0" or "setenforce 1" to disable/enable selinux 
for debugging purposes. I do like selinux, though, I just haven't 
tweaked it as much as I'd like. I recommend that everyone use selinux if 
it come with your distro.

for enabling public_html in selinux and labelling the folders properly.
