[Charlug] voip reccomendations

Instead of doing that you might want to look for a provider that will
bring your VOIP ckts in on a T-1. There is one here is Charlotte but I
cant remember the name. Steve over at contagious graphics switched to
that service a couple years ago. I think ATCom does this here now too.
Basically they bring in a T-1 and provide internet and voice across it.
Might be cheaper than the ckt from Bell.
