Just needed to add that we had Mark Biggers down from Yadkinville (near
Winston-Salem) to join us.  He mentioned a Python User Group, as did Chris
Emory (not sure about the spelling of his last name).  Mark added some ideas
for the LUG, and contributed much to the discussions as well.  We'll look at
getting him to do a presentation on JRE at some point. ;-)
